ABOUT ROOTED SOUL

First came a barn and then yoga.

On a snowy day in April of 2018, we opened our home, barn and hearts and hosted our first Yoga Class in our Barn. It was a super cold day with the wind coming from the North and an ice storm looming. We were warmed by the guidance of the teacher and the uplifting vibration of each of the students.
